Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you book a home beauty service with Valora Beauty.

About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings with Valora Beauty, a ladies-only home beauty service in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Iris Bay Tower, Office 2107, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Our services

  • Our services are for women only and are provided by our female team.
  • We provide services at your home, apartment, hotel or venue within Dubai only.
  • Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 11am to 9pm.
  • Details of our services are on our services page.

Bookings

Bookings can be made by WhatsApp or by calling +971 55 179 7940. A booking is confirmed once we confirm the service, date, time and location with you. Please make sure your address and contact details are correct.

Prices, transport fee and payment

  • Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are shown on our price list or confirmed when you book.
  • A transport fee of AED 50 applies to each home visit.
  • Payment is in cash at the end of the appointment.
  • Prices may change from time to time. The price confirmed at the time of booking will apply.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your booking, please tell us on WhatsApp as early as possible. If we need to change your appointment because of unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

Your health and safety

  • Please tell us before your appointment about any allergies, skin conditions, medical conditions or pregnancy.
  • For some treatments, such as hair colour or tinting, a skin allergy test may be recommended before the service.
  • We may decline or adjust a treatment if we believe it may not be safe for you.
  • Please check with your doctor before booking a prenatal massage.

Your space

Please provide a clean, safe and suitably lit space for your treatment, with access to a power socket and, where needed, water. Please keep pets away from the treatment area during the appointment.

Results and aftercare

Results can vary depending on your hair, skin and nails, and on following the aftercare advice we give you. If you are not happy with a service, please tell us as soon as possible so we can look into it with you.

We will only take or share photos of our work with your permission. Please see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
